Responsibilities:
1. Work within a dynamic team, focus on developing and servicing new MNC clients.
2. Manage your own business portfolio with the objective to provide a highly professional service in order to build and develop business relationships.
3. Committed to placing outstanding candidates to fit the budgetary and business needs of our clients.
4. Systematically identifying the needs and expectations of clients and candidates.
5. Collect and summarize industry information and look for new business opportunities.
6. Search potential candidates from different channels according to the job description.
7. Collect resumes from potential candidates, confirm the interest of the potential candidates into the positions and generally assess the candidates according to the JD.
8. Summarize the background of candidates and write the reports, coordinate the interviews and follow-ups.
9. Maintain and update company database.
Requirement:
1. University graduate and Familiar with IT Industry, having resources in the Industry is a plus.
2. A strong intellectual curiosity in the worlds of business.
3. Resourceful in nature, with strong problem-solving skills.
4. Able to handle multi-tasks independently.
5. Creative, open-minded, out-going and result-oriented.
Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin. Spoken Cantonese is an advantage.
