I. Job responsibilities
1, according to the unified requirements, the implementation of Japanese teaching, to ensure the quality of teaching;
2. Prepare lessons in a unified and standardized way, complete courseware production such as lesson plans and PPT, and make preparations before class;
3. Correct homework in time, conduct quizzes and exams on a regular basis, summarize and analyze, and adjust teaching methods and teaching plans in time;
4. Give scientific and reasonable feedback and improve the problems in teaching in time;
5. Be responsible for establishing good communication channels with the school, students and parents, and feeding back the communication information to the company in time.
Second, the job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Japanese major, with a Japanese proficiency of N1 or Grade 8 or above, and those with teaching experience can relax to N2;
2. Putonghua standard, pure Japanese pronunciation and expression;
3. Love education, bear hardships and stand hard work, have a strong sense of responsibility, be careful, patient and friendly to students;
4. Obey company management and work allocation;
5. Graduated from normal colleges and having Japanese teacher qualification certificate is preferred;
6. Excellent fresh graduates can be accepted.

Comprehensive annual salary: 80,000-150,000 (additional accommodation)
