1. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;

Job Description

1. Plan, evaluate, and deliver lessons;
2. Introduce children to the disciplines of mathematics, language, science, and social studies;
3. Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills;
4. Cooperate with colleagues to plan and implement school activities both indoors and outdoors;
5. Be responsible for children’s daily learning and living at kindergarten and ensure their safety;
6. Write quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and communicate with parents on a regular basis;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (education related majors preferred);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. Previous teaching experience with young learners preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 20,000 to 26,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance 2,000 RMB;

5. Monthly performance bonus up to 2,000 RMB after tax;
6. Airfare bonus 8,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
