Basic Info

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Maximum 40 working hours);
2. Student Age: 1.5 to 6 years old Kindergarten student;
3. Location: Zhongshan City, Guangdong;

Job Description

1. Be the key academic leader to help ensure training and curriculum development are taking place. Help lead the team.
2. Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the School Director.
3. Correct, record and administer progress reports for students
4. Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents via parent-teacher meetings
5. Help edit, enhance and create new materials for classes and students.
6. Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy, open lessons and life club events.
7. Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for professional development
8. Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps on short notice, on or off-site
9. Occasionally work outside normal business hours for marketing or other school related event or training. (Only with advanced notice)
10. Take part in seasonal school activities, shows, parent teacher meetings and Open Houses.
11. Take initiative and be an active member of our center, take charge and be proactive.

Requirements

1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (early childhood education related majors preferred);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5.Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a kindergarten or other early learning center

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary range 20,000 to 27,000 RMB per month after tax based on experience and qualifications;
