Develop robust product or application to meet business needs on time by running the DOE at lab equipment.

Scale up and align new product at manufacturing plant, following the agreed alignment procedure.

Improve existing products through raw materials localization or process modification.

Work closely with plant technical team and provide timely & high quality technical support as needed.

Provide timely trouble-shooting solutions and handle complaints to satisfy customers.

Supervise and develop technicians, plan work for the technician to keep them fully occupied with appropriate tasks.

Lead and manage projects independently to ensure that all project team members are fully up-to-date with technical progress on projects.

Work safely and help others work safely.

Build up good relationship with product team and other functions.

Actively participate in the global networks through regular connections.

Master or above in in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering.

At least 2 years of lab experience is required.1-3 years automotive coating R&D experience is plus.

Knowledge with Resins, Pigments, and Grinding technologies.

Experience in the use of DOE.

Good SHE Sense.

Projects management experience.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin
