What you can expect

The successful candidates will be required to provide Technical Training and Demonstrations to customers whilst providing customer service and support. Core responsibilities will include the following:

• Product demonstrations and installations on site
• Ensure that required training is provided according to standard
• Solve practical and technical problems in the market
• Attend to customer queries, grievances and objections
• Ensuring return of demo goods
• Ensuring that company processes and policies are adhered to
• Keeping abreast of competitive offers and opposition products in the Glasurit Shops
• Assist with Ad-Hoc duties when required
• Identify and implement possible improvements to business processes to achieve higher customer satisfaction
• Adhere to and comply with all EHS Standards and Policies
• Liaise with ABS to sell, implement and drive ABS Solutions and Initiatives
• Monitor customer purchase behaviour and check ratios between paint & PRP.
• Upload and maintain reports and feedback on CRM / GPS
• Ensure full implementation and management of Profit Manager Pro System
• 5 Body Shop Checklist, create Action plan and implementation thereof
• Liaise with & assist Senior Technical Consultant in the day to day business as & when required

What we expect

• Ideally the successful candidate should possess a qualification in Spray Painting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good market knowledge of the industry would be beneficial
• Extensive knowledge of the latest refinish technology, understanding and recognition of the technical requirements
• A valid driver’s license is essential for this role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Basic Computer Skills are essential
