Job Description

To develop and implement business plans for Hygiene market to ensure objectives and budgets are met, the regional focus will be West and South China. It includes the areas of Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan. The position can be located in Guangzhou or Foshan or any cities near Guangzhou and speak Cantonese.

Qualifications

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Maintain and grow sales and profitability in the territory of responsibility.

2. Identify and satisfy customers’ needs and provide value-added solutions so that new business can be gained or lost once recovered.

3. Develop and maintain solid relationships with various decision makers of existing and potential customers.

4. Provide technical service, including trouble-shooting and application training, on-site to customers with the help of internal technical engineers.

5. Support customers in trials, orders, and daily uses of tapes products.

6. Provide accurate forecast of customer demand on different products to operations on time.

7. Collect all payments when they’re due; Help financial dept. to control credits to customers so that no bad debts occur.

8. Work with other machine/applicator/raw material suppliers to identify new opportunities and capture them.

 WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1. Bachelor degree with good English skills and Cantonese skills. Chemical or polymer material major is a plus.

2. At least 3+ years sales or marketing experience in Industrial market field; Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets. Experience within the hygienic or Nonwoven industry is a plus.

3. Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable. Ability on business negotiation and communication, can handle with high-level commercial communication.

4. Problem analysis and solving and logical thinking, keen insight.

5. Proactivity, excellent planning and execution, good coordination and communication.

6. Value selling mind set

7. Driver's license is a must in order to visit customers within the region.
