PRIMARY FUNCTION: This role is part of the Sales team and reports into the National Sales Manager – Industrial Control and Automation ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To increase Eaton’s Industrial Control and Automation market share and met/exceed the budget numbers in terms of Sales, in accordance with the companies ethics and guidelines with particular attention to credit/insurance guidelines for the Key Accounts. Development and deployment of sales and product strategies for all ICP Products and Services for multiple applications Achieve or exceed the sales targets for Industrial Control and Automation team Work with IC&A Northern Accounts concerning requirements for Eaton products and solutions, as well as issues of performance and lead-times Form, develop and cement Sales relationships with relevant teams across the territory Establish and drive specific strategies to strengthen end customers relationships in collaboration with the target account group Acquisition of strategic customers in line with Eaton’s segement approach. Drive engagement with Eaton channel programmes and initiatives Deliver and develop revenue in excess of £1m from existing and new partners. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows Act as liaison between Marketing, Product Line Management and the Customer for the identification and planning of new products Gathering, identifying and reporting customer and market information on new or prospective products while accumulating and evaluating data on competitor's products and their market penetration. Collaboratively develop and implement sales and marketing account plans. Be aware of, and responsive to market conditions and competitive activities. Communicate such information to sales management and product managers. Maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction. Produce & maintain accurate data on customer contacts, activities & performance and provide regular reports to Eaton management as required. Implement new product programs as needed. Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
