Siemens Real Estate (SRE) wants you as our next Regional Asset Management Manager (East Coast Region) We want you to use your knowledge and phenomenal interest with innovation topics that change our digital future with real estate. You use your decision-making skills to make things happen. You are the real estate expert representing SRE Asset & Property Management business towards the local management, partners and authorities and be a reliable partner towards customers by applying fast and cost-efficient solutions over the entire real estate life cycle. You will be responsibilities for: Steer your Regional Asset Management (RAM) unit and align local strategy considering the global AM Strategy in the East Coast region Manage and steer targets for Property management in order to achieve RAM unit goals Establish and ensure partnership to SRE’s customers in the RAM unit and support their target achievements through adequate real estate activities Negotiate contracts and its conditions; create and complete respective agreement representing the owner Evaluate and select vendors and service providers with the support of technical and operational Property Management Development strategies to optimize the space usage according to customer needs and market development and drive vacancy management proactively Continuous improvement of real estate cost in office and industrial locations I order to increase and optimize the respective real estate performance You create and align SRE Investment applications according to threshold in alignment with Hub Management and Hub Support Management. Requirements 15+ years of real estate experience 10+ years of project management Ability to handle project projects at one given time Collaboration across multiple groups Willing to travel up to 20-30% Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; prefer technical degree Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is the real estate entrepreneur of Siemens AG and one of the leading CREM companies.
