Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
1、Stay up to date with on information, insights and key trends on B2B/B2C ecommerce industry.
2、Work closely and assist headquarters to define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the cross-border B2B ecommerce platform (buyer side), from identifying leads, reaching out, following up, to successful onboarding and purchasing.
3、 Assist in developing platform promotion proposals for buyers to achieve GMV targets.
4、 Retain and optimize buyers relationships through regular followup. Feed the buyers' custimoised import needs and other issues to headquarters team.
5、 Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships, including governemnt insitutions, communities and other ecosystem partners.
6、Actively support other projects run by Xingyun Group’s other business units in Indonesia.

Requirements:
1、Ideally over 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the ecommerce industry
2、 Native proficiency in Bahasa and English
3、 Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
4、Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
5、 Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
6、Have a passion for the e-commerce industry
