What you'll do:
You'll be responsible for the delivery of the regional sales volume and market share objective
Accountable for performance development of the team through virtual and face to face coaching
Work with the Regional Business Director to define optimal resource mix across the region to ensure delivery of business goals
Operational Excellence of the implementation of the Regional and LHE account plans
Support the development of regional access
Increase patient uptake of AZ brands through effective stakeholder management and selling
Support the implementation of agreed NHS partnerships and programs to ensure impact for AZ and healthcare system
Essential skills and experience:
Business qualification or educated to degree level
ABPI qualified
Full driving licence
Experience of working in the NHS or a pharmaceutical industry role
Proven track record of coaching and developing people
Excellent selling and influencing skills
Self-starter, problem solver, responsible for own actions and results
Desirable:
Scientific qualification
Wellards NHS diploma
