Job Description
Position Description:
• Drive Consumer business in channel for Gujarat Upcountry..
• Manage the field force to develop a high performing , dedicated , motivated
and engaged team.
• Drive Sellout and Sell- through with high Premium mix.
• Ensure growth of Lenovo in terms of reach, actively set out to achieve and
exceed objectives for market penetration.
• Maximize sales of accessories. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue
growth in all company’s products with specific focus on PC+ products to
improve profitability.
• Manage channel partner relationships and ensure that they have adequate
support on Lenovo products.
• Liaisons with the product team by providing feedback on product; surveying
consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
#### Position Requirements:
• Consumer Sell thru & Sell Out.
• Increase T3 base, SOW & Retail expansion, Productivity.
• Premium Mix
• Sales growth, Market share
• Predictability and linearity measures
Education/ Qualification • Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing,
communications, business administration or a related discipline
• Desired: MBA
