This position will support the management of all logistics project elements pertaining to staffing, material flow, and resource allocation. The key focus is to ensure a smooth transition and delivery of projects for the North Asia region.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide design and cost advice for implementation schedule during the business development phase

• Ensure post implementation reviews are held, and steps are taken to transfer knowledge and improve operational processes

• Oversee the documentation and development of SOPs for new clients

• Ensure KPIs are implemented and monitored for all assigned customers

• Lead the recruitment and training of team members and ensure company requirements are met

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have at least 5 years of experience in contract logistics, and demonstrate strong influencing and communication skills. You have excellent project management skills and able to meeting challenging targets and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio as well as cost calculation methodologies are highly advantageous. Frequent travel is expected of this role due to project requirements.
