Position Purpose: By Province Retail pharmacy Channel Support

This position reports to:

• National DTP Manager

Remark: DTP-Direct To Patient (generally means Retail Pharmacy channel )

Roles that this position work closely with:

• Internal departments

• Product Education，Distribution, Marketing, Medical, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Finance

• External

• Retail Customers Headquarter

• Distributors

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Achieve target of T2DTP ( corporate with PE team to achieve target of HDTP)

Remark:

T2DTP : Retail Pharmacy by Tier 2 distributors

HDTP：Retail Pharmacy in or near Hospitals

2. Effectively market research, information collection, competitor analysis and brand building,

3. Maintain important customers and to develop potential customers

4. Track key activities, make sure these activities and executed well by field team.

5. By Province Provide support in trouble shooting and resolving customer issues and concerns

6. Facilitate the effective implementation, tracking and reporting of retail headquarters sales plan

7. Other tasks arranged by National DTP Manager

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education: Graduated degree or above, preferably in business, marketing or paramedical faculty.

Experience At least 3 years working experiences in account management

Competencies ？

Keen on the market, good at summarizing and discovering the opportunity of developing ？

Good negotiation and communication skills ？

Good territory management skill ？
