Regional Deployment Co-ordinator for a global manufacturing accounting project, where the key objective is to improve and standardise the end-to-end manufacturing accounting processes, delivering more granular level of details to enable better decision making.

As the Regional Deployment Co-ordinator, you’ll be using your communication skills to work between key stakeholders, team members and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of the project roadmap and its deliverables.

To be successful candidates will need to have experience in global transformation programmes, influencing capabilities, change management capability, solid working knowledge of SAP & BI and ability to co-ordinate a team.

Typical Accountabilities

The role will:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the Regional Business Change & Engagement Lead and Global Deployment Lead
  • Plan and manage regional deployment activities
  • Oversee regional integration activities, cutover activities and testing activities
  • Prioritize requests, resources and deliverables throughout the solution implementation life cycle
  • Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, risks and issues, which could affect the successful delivery
  • Be responsible for the identification, analysis and mitigation or escalation of potential risks and issues
  • Work with the Global Deployment Lead to negotiate and agree how dependencies will be managed and assured
  • Provide management reporting on the regional delivery status of the project. Regularly review and report on: project milestones, challenges, key accomplishments
  • Achieve successful sign off and handover to post implementation support function, ensuring all projects are handed over fully to BAU organisations
  • Build an effective working relationship with regional Stakeholders
  • Manage highly diverse activities, multiples stakeholder groups, significant scope, schedule and resources to ensure support for the business units running SAP
  • Bring together your cross-functional skills and strengths in business analysis, problem solving and team coaching to constantly search for improvements

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential Desirable

  • Proven track record in delivering large strategic projects in business transformation with a hands-on approach, across different national and business boundaries
  • Deep knowledge of software (SAP and BI) development projects and delivery in dynamic environments.

Desirable

  • Broad deployment experience (development, management and application of)
  • Significant work experience in IT, Finance and Operations functional area
  • Specific Expert knowledge in specialist process area
