Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide Thought Leadership to APM sales team.
- demonstrate industry/business insight, supporting & coaching sellers on new opportunity discovery & acceleration
- Drive Excellence in Execution & Maintain a High-Performing Team
- Hold sellers accountable for sales execution, driving excellence in new business planning, pipeline management, forecasting & close planning
- Coach consistently in accordance with the Bentley Sales Process
What You Bring To The Team:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years Sales Management experience, Excellent Communicator. Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial acumen, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient: Experience with complex sales training and sales methodologies
- Influential: Significant experience delivering persuasive presentations to business decision makers.
- Knowledgeable: Experienced in selling to multiple sectors and industries including, Utilities, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Construction
- Sales Management Excellence: Exhibits outstanding operational excellence - including monthly/quarterly forecasting, building healthy pipeline, CRM entry and hygiene, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration
- Amazing Leader: Management experience of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing sales individuals
Market Maker: Demonstrated results from creating and leading sales campaigns to prospect and win business from new accounts
