• Execute channel strategy to achieve sales and TP targets through distributor network.

• Manage channel partners to optimize service level and coverage.

• Play as a key member to develop and execute a channel program to motivate and upgrade distributor capabilities.

• Develop and add distributors targeting high value segment.

• Coach and train distributor sales managers to be experts in selling AD's key portfolio.

• Manage distributor project pipelines and conduct a joint sales call to support closing key projects.

• Build strategic partnership with key distributors.

• Collaborate in matrix organization with regional sales, BD, PLT team and cross functions.
