• Working in IT team, be the contact between IT area and customer and responsible for coordination of all EDI consulting topics with the customer
• Represent the Product/Service EDI-TSIM in Asia/Pacific
• Leadership of regional EDI consultants L3
• Manage escalations, complaints and conflicts
• Take care about resource management of EDI consultants in close alignment with the Expertise Families
• Ensure the development of interfaces on B2B platform (EDI-TSIM) (in time, budget & scope)
• Close collaboration within SystemOwners and product management

• Relevant university degree (e.g Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, Computer Science)
• At least 3 years experiences in EDI area
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience with Axway TSIM, or similar B2B EDI tool
• Knowledge on SAP ERP EDI, iDOCs, XML Scheme also desirable
• Knowledge of communication protocols: AS2, FTPS, etc.
• Knowledge of EDI format standards: EDIFACT / ANSI X12, etc.
• Ability to work in international and intercultural environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
