As a Regional Education Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and supervise the Asia Pacific customer educational programs and the training performance in term of the safe and effective use of Electrophysiology products and related techniques to improve patient outcomes. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing digital learning platforms for healthcare professionals; actively monitoring training performance and delivering program optimization by using multiple digital productivity software. Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Represent a market leader in our industry and the marketplace by partnering with Healthcare Professionals to develop best practice for our products and solutions.

• Plan and design medical education training programs on the safe and effective use of Abbott products and procedures for Healthcare Professionals.

• Execute and instruct training and educational programs for healthcare professionals on products and techniques associated with Abbott products.

• Manage digital learning platforms and facilitate dashboard reporting assuring 100% compliance.

• Identify viable Medical Education training opportunities via big data analysis using digital productivity software.

• Ability to delegate and communicate the goals and objectives of the organization pertaining to Medical Education.

• Communicate effectively with current and new customer accounts regarding to a variety of clinical and commercial messages, including the latest techniques and literature, peer-reviewed articles, white papers, product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.

• Attend and generate insights from sales meetings, industrial training, and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science, Business or related majors, Master's level degree in Health Science is desired.

• Knowledge and experience in adult educational and/or training.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-oriented mindset.

• Excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills with systematic approach.

• Knowledge and experience in handle wide range of digital productivity software (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft PowerApps etc.)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• 3-5 years of clinical training in medical device field, preferably with Electrophysiology background.

• Fluent in English, 2nd language is preferred
