2、 Planning, organizing and implementing annual distributer conference, making detail plan and budget;
3、 Developing and promoting global education& training material, as well as duplicate and converse regional and important countries according to entire group develop strategy;
4、 Build the education& training team, integrating lecturer resources, and being responsible for implementing regional education launch;
5、 Be responsible for regional training website set up and management;
6、 Team planning, management and supervision.
Requirements:
1、 Above 30 years old, bachelor degree or above;
2、 With planning and organizing abilities, and with good communication and coordinating abilities, with extensive education& training knowledge and management experience;
3、 Planning and organizing large-scale conference of directing selling company and training experience;
4、 Proficient English both in oral and written;
5、 Above 5 years experience about education& training and marketing operation of large direct selling enterprise, familiar with education& training work in direct selling industrial.
