Regional Engagement Marketing Manager for LATAM
Location:
Mexico City, Mexico
We are currently seeking a Regional Engagement Marketing Manager for LATAM. The role will be vital for driving revenue and profitability by generating and converting, quality leads through flawless execution of highly targeted campaigns against key segments and overall marketplace objectives.
This role will be responsible for digital marketing strategies and marketing automation. Experience with paid content marketing, web copywriting, paid media, managing C-level events and virtual events is needed. This role will also include Account-Based Marketing programs and strategies to attract and engage users within target accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for using Marketing Automation and Demand Generation tools to support new business growth goals, as well as programs to support user adoption. This position will report directly to the Senior Engagement Marketing Manager Team Lead for The Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the global marketing programs by localizing and implementing marketing automation programs. These include but are not limited to best practices for email marketing, web content, landing pages, localized campaigns, PR, social channels and advocacy programs, paid media programs and virtual and physical events. Develop strategy for lead nurturing processes and CRM integration, leveraging best practices and testing to optimize conversions and performance.
- Develop and implement multifaceted lead generation and nurturing campaigns to capture, qualify, score, and nurture leads that result in dollars to pipeline
- Oversee development of localized content and workflow process publish localized website and marketing content to support sales and regional programs; participate in overall sales strategy to support growth regions
- Develop and grow automation programs include personalized content based on personas and region, including virtual events, digital content, email marketing and paid programs that enhance the lead qualification process
- Deliver personalized campaigns with unique content/data specific to individual prospects
- Identify, source, negotiate and manage all external target lists and paid programs
- Assess analytics capabilities to measure and report on all B2B marketing efforts, including list generation/quality; messaging, design and creative testing; and target segments
- Manage relationships/collaborate with sales, agencies, sales and other vendor partners, as necessary
Requirements:
- 5+ years successful track record of B2B digital/inbound marketing including marketing automation, field marketing, page development, content marketing, sales enablement, and demand creation
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital plans and programs that engage, inform and motivate
- Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and bookings targets
- Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
- Experience with email and marketing automation tools, analytics and conversion tools, ad-servers and tagging
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and sales funnels
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills; ability to quickly adapt and react to changing circumstances and demands with high attention to detail
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
- Must have extensive experience with SAP, Salesforce and Hubspot or related demand generation and marketing automation tools; experience with SITECORE, CMS and social/ad platforms beneficial
- BA or BS degree (MBA in marketing or related business degree preferred)
