Key Responsibilities/职位描述
  • Develop and deliver Regional Factory IT Strategy & Roadmap
  • Lead permanent Compliance of sites to Cyber Security in a Region
  • Functionally lead Regional CoE of Factory IT (site Factory IT engineering community)
  • Lead Regional Factory IT projects through Sites execution
  • Drive Standardization in Region with Global ETT and Global Factory IT manager
  • Functionally lead teams to deliver large and/or composite projects, which requires managerial skills as well as functional expertise. This includes coaching, mentoring and training of less experienced engineers.
  • Own and provide technical solutions/decisions as business recommendations based on their in-depth technical expertise. This includes translating the outcome of the Regional Factory IT Roadmap sessions into technical solutions.
  • Provide support to manufacturing sites to develop their digital transformation strategies and providing high-level digital solutions.
  • Provide engineering consultation to other departments and coach, mentor and train less experienced engineers
  • Apply global/regional engineering/safety/Q&FS standards and legal requirements in the execution of the projects.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and issues, for specific area of expertise as well as beyond.
  • The regional contact for global engineering to align on global standards, feedback on applied global standards in the region, peer review with other regions
  • Active participate global engineering in the development of Factory IT standards and digitalization technologies.
  • Support Talent development in his/her expertise area
  • Coordinate regional requirements from third party vendor


Qualifications/任职条件

1. Education & Professional Qualification
Minimum an Engineering Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT or Controls.
Professional knowledge and experience in operation and all Factory IT levels (from field equipment till ERP) in both hard and software
Project Management at expert level
Good communication skills in English, both written as verbal.
2. Knowledge/Experience
6-10 years of experience as an Control or IT engineer, of which 3-5 years as a project manager, preferable in the Food Industry, good understanding of elements like GMP, HACCP, Safety standards
Relevant business processes as CAB management, budget management
