职位描述

The role is regional financial controller of Mars Wrigley offline business, co-piloting the North Sales planning, analysis and business performance delivery, driving strong business governance and operating control in the business, and responsible for the development of the strong North Sales Finance team and talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-piloting acceleration of business region to deliver high quality growth through performance management

As a key co-pilot to regional leadership to influence and facilitate decision-making via value-adding business insights from finance perspective

Act as a key liaison between headquarter and region on business matters

Provide strong finance insights in key investment and resource allocation decision, support business region deployment and target achievement

Drive investment efficiency review and management to re-invest for growth

Emphasize "Do the Right Thing" mindset to build the efficient and effective business governance and operating control into region business

任职条件

University degree in Accounting, Finance. CPA or MBA is preferred

10 years + broad finance experience with at least 3 years in management role and solid sales finance co-piloting experience

Strong learning agility, good business acumen and ability to provide insight with data and perspective to business.

Good inter-personal, communication and proven leadership skills

Fluent in English

Strong process management and ability to influence business decisions

Team leader, yet able to standing alone.
