Job Description
Our Client is a Pan-Asia Logistics Conglomerate headquartered in Beijing, and currently operating over 30 integrated logistics distribution centers, over 20 international freight forwarding stations, 7 bonded warehouses, over 100 network hubs. Through this network our Client is present in all major cities and economic regions in China where it can provide outstanding services for domestic transportation, international freight forwarding, warehousing and contract logistics services.

Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the regions overall performance and long-term growth within established corporate guidelines
- To plan, gain acceptance for and oversee the implementation of the regions business development, operational plans, and budgets to achieve targeted growth.
- To monitor the performance of current projects through the regular review of performance data.
- To ensure that the regions forecasted plans and projects are on track through regular operations and budget review.
- To ensure that company policies and standards (including, where appropriate, statutory/legal requirements) relating to commercial, technical, accounting and employment considerations are known and implemented throughout the station by disseminating such information and monitoring its compliance.
- To maintain and establish effective working relations with the senior management of the key customers and the company regionally, by having regular formal and informal contacts with these personnel.
- To ensure that staff are continually developed and trained to enable them to meet the demands of the business.
- To be aware / informed of trends and development in the industry with a view to enabling the region to continually upgrade its services to customers and business in general.
