Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leading & coaching the HR team of Greater China (GCR) Region on the full spectrum of HR strategic and operational related matters in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Employee Retention, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits and Organizational Development
• Lead Station HR on HR practices and objectives that provide high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity and performance-based management which align with Corporate direction
• Provide HR guidance and advice to line managers on HR policy and procedures, balancing needs of different stakeholders with best practice
• Develop and implement all HR policies, processes and procedures which comply with relevant employment law and is the best practice
• Liaise directly with the Regional Heads and being accountable for the performance of the Station HR, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters
• Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development, including talent acquisition & development and optimize employee involvement & motivation

• Manage the annual compensation/benefits process aligns with Corporate direction to develop and implement annual agenda for HR strategy that in line with the business plan as well as support the needs of the business
• Responsible and participate actively for any HR projects on an ad hoc basis as and when necessary

• Other assignments may be directed by the management
