Job Description

To maintain and grow business to meet profit and sales revenue growth targets by utilizing knowledge and skills sets in Brand Marketing, Customers Engagement, PR &
Communication, and Innovation. Obtain Customers Insights, monitor Competitive landscape in target verticals and geographies to design and commercialize scenting
solutions that are indispensable to customers branding strategy implementation in the verticals and geographies Scentair choose to compete in APAC. Design, develop and
deliver contents to target customers at the most impact touch-points along the customer journey.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Implement APAC Regional Marketing Strategy and tactical plans collaborating with Global Marketing Leader and APAC key stakeholders. Create Demand for Business to Meet Profit and Sales Growth Targets.
  • Actively develop and execute Leads Generation Campaigns in the targeted verticals in geographies Scentair choose to compete.
  • Utilizes end user marketing insights and prospects with new outlook and trends to generate opportunities.
  • Engages targeted end user customers with all levels of customers’ organisation in regular contact to understand their business needs, and identify buying
    behavior , preference, business dynamics challenges, and value drivers in order to best position current and new scenting solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales team, customer care & inside sales team in the periodical market audit and gathering of customer insights(e.g., customers’ taste,
    preference, buying behaviors, changing market development, as well as the competitive environment.).
  • Work with the internal teams to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Leader, Strategic Sales Representatives, Account Executives to design Customer Retention Activities and take the lead to track the effectiveness of programs
  • Continuously uplift Scentair Online Presence to enhance Brand Awareness, Customer Experience and effectiveness of Digital Marketing Strategy implementation

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree
  • Min 8 year marketing experience in business-to-business environment, with 3-5 years in managerial role
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Strong in brand building, digital marketing, and leads generations
  • Identifying problems, drawing connections from various pieces of data, and taking action to proactively solve
  • Result oriented, outgoing personality, presentable
  • Fluent English, and Chinese
  • Confident in communicating to various levels of customer organisation
  • Understanding / articulating relevant business / technical trends to others in a way that is clear and understood by the audience
  • Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Working independently under pressure to manage one’s own time and resources in order to meet or exceed set objectives
  • Successful background in marketing leadership role with focus on coaching and development
