Respiratory & Immunology Business Unit

As a Regional Healthcare Manager in the Respiratory & Immunology Business Unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.

Luton is home to our UK Marketing Company (UKMC), responsible for the marketing of our medicines in the UK. Here you’ll also find colleagues from AstraZeneca’s corporate functions and our European and International regions’ sales and marketing teams. Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Delivery of regional budget (sales target)
  • Achieving Market access at defined account level, supporting Patient access at a local level
  • Development of Regional account plans as part of the Regional Leadership team
  • Manage key stakeholders, regional market shaping and sales performance
  • Develop NHS advocacy, delivering short, medium, and long-term goals
  • Implement commercial and project-based offerings as required by the business which can be non-promotional and require ring-fencing from promotional aspects of the role
  • Ensure compliance of all AZ governance policies and adhere to ABPI code

Minimum Requirements

Essential:

  • Degree level of NHS qualification
  • Full driving license
  • NHS knowledge
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Project Management experience
  • Business Acumen
  • Account Management experience

Desirable:

  • ABPI qualification
  • Experience with East of England (EOE) payors
  • Understanding of market access processes across EOE
  • Understanding of PrescQIPP and their role
  • Partnership working in the EOE
  • Experience of implementing tools and resources in EOE
  • AHSN working with key stakeholders.
