Job Descriptions:

• Regional IT infrastructure administration and support;
• Liaison with US headquarters and overseas offices on all IT projects;
• Windows, LAN and WAN support;
• Hardware and software procurement and support;
• Problem troubleshooting;
• Maintain high quality of systems documentation, IT policies and standard operating procedure;
• IT hardware/software asset control

Job Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in user support and systems administration;
• University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Understanding of Microsoft windows network;
• Understanding of networking technologies and devices such as TCP/IP, routers, and switches, machine room management;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Self-initiative and being able to work independently;
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Putonghua is preferred
