Position Summary 职位概述

• ovide professional IT service to South East Asia region
• ign with HQ & users for APAC site IT facility installation, solution implementation,
• stem rollout to APAC sites,
• so daily maintenance of all IT issues including network, VOIP system, server, storage, PC,VPN, mobile connection.
  

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

• In charge of regional IT technical system implementation, maintenance, project rollout. Including network admin, PABX system, lease line, server & storage system, PC, VPN & mobile connection for South East Asia ( total 7 sites, 5 international sales & service sites + 2 Domestic production sites )
  

• Maintain existing network equipment, includes cable network in office and wireless in workshop, ensure high availability, high performance of network, build up or expand network according to business change

• Maintain PABX system, implementation of new solution per business needs

• Monitor running status of Servers, includes disk capacity, performance, data increasing, etc… Testing new patches and install after, Align with Group policy and standard to purchase and setup new IT equipment such as Server, storage system, backup system

• Tech watch, by identifying business needs, provide new tech adoption solution to IT Manager

• Assist Group IT to implement Global project in Bobst Great China area

• Contribute to Group IT GCT team

• Manage existing local IT vendor and develop new potential vendor, ensure IT assets acquisition can be stable met in reasonable cost

• Work with IT Service desk staff to provide professional and efficient IT service to BGC end users, escalate to 2nd level (Group IT or external vendor) if necessary.

• Follow the environmental policy and environmental management system; do the environmental responsibilities; protect the environment and saving the energy.
• Backup of application support per business needs

• Functional skills 专业技能:
• Reliable and service oriented attitude responding to needs .
• Knowledge of network admin, cabling, maintenance of VMware & NetAPP is mandatory
• Experience of Windows & patching windows,
• Experience of backup solution and implementation experience
• Experience of scheduling UC4 is preferred
• Experience with Windows, window upgrade
• Canon printer management experience is a plus

• Strong project management skills .

• Experience with UNIX (HP or Linux), databases and ERP is plus.

• Eucation and Experience 教育背景及工作经历 :
• Bachelor Degree in related major.
• At least 6 years Job Related working experience.
• At least 8 years total working experience.
