Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve technical requests, incidents and problems relating to hardware, software & applications
Responsible for administration and management on systems and application servers, including all network hardware and equipment such as routers, switches and PABX
Provide various systems support including Windows Server 2008 R2 Active Directory, SQL Servers, Backup Server as well as cloud-based services such as Exchange Online
Provide security control for internet access and perimeter network, protect from external threats with CheckPoint firewall, Barracuda spam filter and other solutions
Provide support & server administration on VMWare ESX, LAN and WAN
Work with team on IT improvement projects

Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree with in Computer Science, IT Management & related discipline
At least 5 yearsof solid working experience in providing end user desktop support
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows OS (Win 7 and above), Windows Server (2008 and above), VMWare ESX server, SAN, NAS, Active Directory, PKI, LAN & WAN, VOIP and security mechanisms like antispam, firewalls and VPN clients is required
Having knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Scripting (e.g. bush, python, powershell), SQL, IT Monitoring and Alerting tools (e.g. SNMP, Windows WMI), Business Applications (e.g, Oracle Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce), Apple Mac OS, FileWave is advantage
Hands-on, excellent service delivery to end user
