Time % Summary of major duties: 40% Achieve gross / net sales plans and market share targets for assigned key accounts,through creating, selling, executing and communicating annual customer business plans. Judiciously manage and allocate trade funds to achieve profitable sales growth and achieve retail objectives. 30% Effective use of all analytical tools and processes to drive profitable sales results. - Build and maintain assigned key accounts sales plan - Manage assigned key accounts contracts, trading terms and trade budget - Monitor and control customer expenses - Provide category and consumer insights to assigned key accounts - Develop and provide tools to distributor team for retail execution - Work closely with Hershey Marketing and Customer Marketing personnel to develop our Brands with the Customer, in-line with Hershey China strategy 20% Achieve appropriate levels of account penetration - Train BDS/BDR and distributor personnel as and when needed - Be the Hershey face to assigned key accounts 10% Alignment with distributor retail team through participation in retail meetings as well as field visits with appropriate distributor retail management
Education: B.S. degree or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in key account management
