What you will be doing:

  • Develop close relationships with clients and key decisions makers to increase Accor’s weight/position within Northern Europe 
  • Define a tactical strategic plan for each account in your portfolio
  • Prepare monthly analysis and reporting of your account portfolio revenue, explain business decreases/increases and define your own action plan
  • Run quarterly (or if needed more often) business review meetings with your clients to identify future business or upcoming difficulties
  • Arrange and support client events
  • Support global loyalty campaigns led by the global KAM leaders (e.g. points actions, appreciation weeks etc.)

    Your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, or related area Sales & Hotel Operational experience
  • Fluent Polish and English, Russian would be an advantage 
  • High communication skills 
  • Customer Focus & Proactivity
  • Result  & Performance oriented
  • Strong self and work organisation skills, ability to work independently within a clarified framework
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment 
  • Team player, open-minded, eager to learn, flexible, passionate
