Regional Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Northern Europe 

Our Northern European Key Account Management team is looking for an experienced Regional Key Account Manager (m/f/d). Your main responsibility is the expansion and growth of a fixed portfolio of customers, with a focus on key accounts. Your focus will be on the long-term development of your portfolio and the establishment of long-term customer relationships. You will be based either in one of our offices in Germany (e.g. Munich, Hamburg, Berlin) or in Home Office.

 

What Are Your Tasks:

  • You are responsible for a set portfolio of clients within Accor Northern Europe and will ensure a healthy portfolio in your region & market segment, as well as its stable growth and development
  • You will drive the growth of your customer segment, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
  • You steadily increase the revenue and market share in your segment
  • In this context, you will define the strategy for each of your accounts
  • You are the main point of contact and will act as strong partner to your customers
  • You will build close, long-term relationships and bonds with customers and key decision makers, strengthening Accor's position in Northern Europe
  • You will organize and support customer events
  • You will regularly monitor the performance of your portfolio and create monthly analyses and reports on revenue developments as well as subsequent action plans
  • You support worldwide customer loyalty campaigns of the global key account management team

 

Your Experience and Skills include:

  • You have a successful sales background of several years; if applicable, you also have first experience in within hotel operations
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels and divisions of a company
  • In addition, you have a university degree or a completed apprenticeship, with a focus on sales, business, hotel industry, or comparable
  • Customer-oriented and proactive thinking are amongst your key strengths
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in multinational teams, distributed across Europe
  • You know how to think and act in an entrepreneurial and result-oriented way
  • You have good organizational skills and like to work autonomously
  • You are fluent in English and German
