Purpose of the Job:

A regional learning COE role, to deploy global learning initiatives and lead regional learning & talent development solution design.

Your Role

  • Lead regional Learning & Development initiatives
    • Highly involved in daily business context and proactively work with stakeholders to identify regional learning & development needs.
    • Translate L&D needs into learning offerings. Align with global academies on regional learning offerings and design the learning solutions.
    • Track the learning effectiveness, and continuous improve learning impact.

  • Work with global Learning and Development for learning solutions co-design & regional deployment
    • Participate & contribute in global L&D projects.
    • Work with global academies to translate content into impactful learning solutions.
    • Deploy global L&D initiatives in North Asia with impact.

  • Facilitate leadership trainings and workshops
    • Perform as an internal trainer/facilitator for some leadership trainings/topics.
    • Design and facilitate leadership meetings and workshops if needed.

  • Work with HR Shared Service Center (Learning Operation) team to ensure annual training plan is fulfilled.
    • Together manage the internal trainers and training suppliers.
    • Together work out the yearly training plan.

  • Involve in other Talent Management projects.
    • Own the regional key talent development/succession development programs, including design and implementation.
    • Manage the Personal Development Plan process of regional key talents.

Your Profile

  • We're looking for a young potential candidate to grow along with the global HR transformation journey.   • At least 7 years' relevant experience in Learning and development field in large organizations.
  • Familiar with learning approach and learning effectiveness enhancement.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and Chinese, experience in leadership/managerial training delivery and workshop facilitation is a must.
  • Broader HR and/or business experience is preferred, especially in talent management and other business functions.
  • Creative, innovative yet pragmatic.
  • Proactive and persistent, can work independently and drive projects through.
