About My Client: My client is a famous retail company in worldwide, it mainly sales high-end fashion products to women and men, has a large, healthy and growing business in China mainland, it also belongs to a famous top luxury group. About the Location： Shanghai, Beijing Core Responsibilities: 1. This role is responsible for retail chain stores general management in a region, around 30 retail stores with around 600 millions’ sales revenue per year. 2. Responsible for Guarantee the execution of the commercial strategy in the stores of the region. 3. In charge of the growth and profitability, merchandising quality, stock level and admin in its region 4. Manage a team with around 5 person and total 1000 staffs, coach team, interview new staffs. 5. Set up a good working atmosphere and motivate the subordinates in its region to achieve the target. 6. Work with store expansion team about new store location selection, and sales revenue forecast. 7. Be a good partner of landlords, keep a good relationship to get enough resource from team.

We Need You: 1. College degree or above with good learning ability and skills, smart, fluent mandarin and oral English. 2. At least 8 years working experience in retail, sports, fashion, and luxury or cosmetics field. 3. Regional management experience is a must, large store management experience will be a plus. 4. Excellent track records in the working history, a good leader who is punctual, strict in the actions, reliable. 5. Strong communication skills, analyze, dynamic and results driven.
