Summary of Job:
The Regional Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing programs for our complete range of chromatography and mass spectrometry products and solutions. This experienced, dynamic manager will be a key member of the regional commercial team. The successful candidate will be working within a matrixed organization, responsible to develop and support integrated multi-channel marketing plan at regional level. This role encompasses the creation, execution, and management of tactical and strategic marketing programs to
achieve commercial revenue targets and marketing KPI’s, and other annual operating plan objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear understanding of target market segments and audience, including pain points, key drivers, initiatives, and competing solutions
- Develop marketing plans with regional sales team and channel partners on annual basis, and conducting QBRs to share both semi-quant and quantitative results (leads, opportunities and conversions)
- Develop and execute demand generation programs, building pipeline to meet AOP
- Utilize standard campaign methodology and metrics to track ROI per marketing investments, quarterly
- Deliver CRM (Sales Force) training(s) to users, create customer education materials in collaboration with vertical/product marketing, regional COE and channel partners
- Coordinate with regional functions to ensure consistency with brand profiles and company standards
- Interact with varying levels of internal and external personnel, including direct customer communication, public presentation, around a team-focused approach
- Perform other relevant duties as required, and/or assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in successful development and deployment of marketing strategy and tactical plans, within analytical instrument business
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytical chemistry or related discipline
- Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential
- Highly motivated and experienced marketer with a passion for brand-building, proven track record in fostering channel collaboration marketing programs and events
- Clear strengths in communication, project management, and planning skills
- Ability to travel within the region (~20%) as and when travel restrictions are lifted
- Prior working experience with analytical instrument industry, and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools (Eloqua and Salesforce) is a plus
