Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Digital Health Solutions Freestyle Libre EMEAP

The position will be responsible for supporting the Regional Digital Lead with planning, execution, and strategic development of FreeStyle Libre´s (FSL's) Digital Health Solutions - FreeStyle Libre Link (FSLL), Libre View (LV) and FreeStyle LibreLink Up (LLU). He/She/They will be responsible for the guiding, project managing, and supporting cross-functional efforts around FSL Digital Health Solutions, which will involve further uptake in the market, release coordination, feature growth and strategic inputs on the FSLL App and LV development, as well as digital marketing operations.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Tactical execution of the FSL Digital Health Solution´s roadmap – regional expert that supports Digital Health growth by having an in-depth knowledge of the DHSs (FreeStyle Libre Link App, LibreLink UP and Libre View), their releases and commercial impact in the local markets

  • Project management of product launches and release deployments of the FreeStyle Libre Digital Health Solutions – including major product launches (FreeStyle Libre 3), major feature releases (Novo Nordisk Partnership) and minor fixes (maintenance and feature enhancements)

  • Regional representative and a “go-to” person that supports local affiliates and regional cross-functional departments by defining marketing needs and yearly planning against the DHS target goals

  • Responsible for the overarching Digital Health Technology (DHT) value proposal and key messaging market implementation, in strong collaboration with Consumer Marketing Lead

  • Supports the Digital Health launches by creating promotional assets, in collaboration with global Marketing team, regional consumer and CRM leads, and local markets

  • Drives DHTs best practices share-outs and adoption across the region (marketing campaigns, tactics and assets), in collaboration with consumer and CRM Leads

  • Contributes to globally-led projects (such as analytics dashboard development, UX feature development)

  • Improves analytics tools and tactics that provide clear assessment of business drivers and guidance on marketing investments (e.g. Firebase)

  • Identifies which Digital Health System improvements may yield the highest impact from the business perspective and vouches for their integration in the future roadmap growth, in collaboration with commercial department

  • Budget accountability and coordination and successful managementof key vendors and agencies to ensure project success

  • Ongoing market and competitive analysis and development of corresponding actions and recommendations

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Digital) Marketing, Business or a related field

  • 4-6 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally working with Digital Cloud Solutions / Digital Health Ecosystems

  • Project management, interest in digital marketing operations

  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools and dashboard utilization (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase etc.)

  • Leading of and working in cross-functional teams

  • Experience in working in multi-national teams

  • Strong analytics and project management skills, experience in digital marketing dashboard set up and KPI tracking

  • Very good PC skills (MS Office)

  • Presentation, communication and motivational skills

  • Fluent English language skills in word and writing
