Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan development workload in plants via OMC One system.
• Coordinate advanced planning activities within the R&D team and Plants (DFMEA, R. vs. C. analysis, industrialization planning, capability studies, MRM, PFMEA)
• Coordinate Plant Tire Release Process and assist on-site in APAC region plants with Tire Releases both for replacement and OE, focusing mainly in Pulandian plant activity
• Lead and coordinate uniformity improvement during development up to release.
• Troubleshoot plant process opportunities, focusing on OE.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

Languages:

English is a must

Experience:

• Knowledge of tire design and/or standards are required.
• Knowledge in OE product development.
• Exposure to OE plant development and/or to tire uniformity are assets, as well as having a basic knowledge in compounding.
