Regional P&O Head

Job Description
We are the world leading manufacturer of motors and converters; and we are a key player in Digital Transformation for the Minerals business, become part of our team as P&O Head Chile (Human Resources) and assigned Countries (Peru/Colombia/Mexico). In this role you will report to the P&O Region Americas Head and you will lead the local P&O team in Chile and will closely collaborate with local LDA business leaders as well as P&O colleagues around the globe. Main Challenges As a leader you will be a trusted partner and key part of the leadership team, bringing P&O expertise to LDA’s business issues You will act as a partner to the CEO and the Country’s Management Teams, collaborating in the formulation of the strategy and in the achievement of strategic and business objectives. You will coach and enable senior executives to be even more effective leaders, helping them to drive cultural change in line with business strategy, including build a diverse and inclusive work environment and talent pipeline You carry out the LDA global P&O standards and processes for assigned countries. You will bring in a profound business understanding, commercially, culturally, and strategically and lead the cultural transformation. You will provide expert consultancy in leadership topics and employee engagement as well as talent development and diverse succession planning for key positions You will adapt, communicate and rollout global P&O topics into the countries as well as lead and contribute to local P&O programs and initiatives You will work closely with Leaders to ensure the people agenda is aligned to the wider strategic agenda You will b responsible to the implementation of P&O policies and guidelines, and apply these to local regulations You will lead and act as a mentor for the local Teams, ensuring a consistent high-quality P&O performance and a smooth mutual exchange of information, values, and perspectives within the global P&O community What we would like to find?. You successfully completed a university degree in business administration or similar professions You have minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership position in one or more P&O Areas. You have deep knowledge of Human Resources processes and proven expertise of leading across different functions for Managers and employees. Is highly desirable if you gained experience in international organization of comparable scale and complexity You are “business curious”, with an outward-facing mind-set and a clear interest in what is happening across broader market trends You are an enthusiastic, courageous, and reliable character with strong influencing skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships You are a hard-working leader with the passion to coach, develop and act as a mentor You have proven a high degree of openness and intercultural skills in diverse environments and your English language skills are fluent We would be happy to welcome you to our Siemens Large Applications Family, please feel free to apply on the website!
