JOB DESCRIPTION – REGIONAL PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Overview
The Shared Service Centre includes the Payroll function. The SSC is led by the Director of Finance Operations and this role reports to the Regional Payroll Controller.
The Payroll Administrator will support the Controller in delivery of countries assigned to the region
Technical Responsibilities
- Managing all live payrolls in the region, confirming the accuracy of source data from HR before submission to the RPC for checking and submission of the payroll
- Collaborating with HR for verification of payroll changes, new starters, leavers and other amendments to the payroll
- Dealing with external authorities including HMRC, pension providers and other statutory regulations.
- Investigating and resolving queries from employees on a timely basis
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the payroll process in the EMEA region

- Contribute to team meetings and development of payroll controls

Core Competencies – Payroll and Data Management
- Exposure to various payroll and pension systems
- Data entry, data conversion and analytical skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel including V lookups and pivot tables
- Experience of dealing with other cultures
- Finance and / or audit expertise would be an advantage.
