Support on regional performance management
- Complehensive regional performance reporting and sharing
- Deep-dive in low performing areas and coordination with central teams and regions on improvement measures and result
CMT coordination within CS
- Overall status tracking and sharing on CMT CS topics within CS central and regions
- Coordination on countermeasures of CMT risk dealers
CoC coordination within CS
- Coordinate to implement CoC CS measures
- Coordinate on CoC CS communication for dealer/region/CS central teams/etc.
- CS CoC case handling
Service Efficiency management
- Tracking & analysis on service efficiency performance of dealers
- Support on efficiency improvement measures and implementation
