• Work closely with ops team to focus on the large & complex order lead time as the planner role
• Product reservation
• Setting up Safety Stock (Quarterly)
• Review availability of parts from Prospect orders to allocate to booked orders
• Perform Branch Excess Return (Quarterly)
• Manual Interco reallocation from available site to Shanghai Warehouse
• End of Quarter orders Handling
• Manage order fulfilment by working closely with Core Customer Operations and Sales Opportunity Management Team
• Handle customer’s order inquiries, escalation and provide solution
• Maintain Customer on Time Delivery above target
• Past Due and Potential Past Due Orders Handling

Qualifications

• Able to speak fluent English - CET 6 and higher

• With data analysis skill and clear logical thinking ability

• With Degree of Bachelor and higher

• Familiar with office software, such as Excel, PPT and so on

• More than 2 years Planner work experience

• Possess a strong sense of responsibility towards work

• Full of Teamwork Spirit, can collaborate well with others

• With quick learning ability and capable of long-term progress

• Will good teams communication ability
