Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with ops team to focus on the large & complex order lead time as the planner role
- Product reservation
- Setting up Safety Stock (Quarterly)
- Review availability of parts from Prospect orders to allocate to booked orders
- Perform Branch Excess Return (Quarterly)
- Manual Interco reallocation from available site to Shanghai Warehouse
- End of Quarter orders Handling
- Manage order fulfilment by working closely with Core Customer Operations and Sales Opportunity Management Team
- Handle customer’s order inquiries, escalation and provide solution
- Maintain Customer on Time Delivery above target
- Past Due and Potential Past Due Orders Handling
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Able to speak fluent English - CET 6 and higher
- With data analysis skill and clear logical thinking ability
- With Degree of Bachelor and higher
- Familiar with office software, such as Excel, PPT and so on
- More than 2 years Planner work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility towards work
- Full of Teamwork Spirit, can collaborate well with others
- With quick learning ability and capable of long-term progress
- Will good teams communication ability
