Reporting to: APJ LSG Senior Pricing Manager

As a key member of the APJ LSG Pricing Team, the Pricing Analyst works closely with Countries and Regional Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to provide support to the Life Science Solutions Group (LSG) to drive profitable growth and pricing process excellence, through driving alignment and improvement in sales operation processes and provide on-going support for pricing tools

Job Description

• Provide strong support to countries as a Pricing and Quoting Subject Matter Expert to enable successful migration of CRM system
• Lead cross-functional teams to perform User Acceptance Tests to ensure functions are performing as per designed and accurate and complete data is migrated timely
• Support team lead on key yearly initiative to drive incremental revenue on untapped sales opportunities with pricing as 1 of the levers
• Continuously work on process improvement for Sales operation processes. Exercise independent judgement to evaluate, review and provide recommendation for appropriate action.
• Track effectiveness and performance of promotions and follow through with analysis on attainment of price realization target
• Provide mentorship, continuous guidance and support on maintenance of list prices and discount limits, new product initiative process, pricing enquiries from countries and setting up of marketing promotions in ERP systems
• Perform other related projects/functions as required by the team lead

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Business/Economics or other related field.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Pricing or as part of taskforce in System Transformation
• Experience with working in MNC organization with complex matrix structure
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, supported by a strong attention to detail.
• Enjoy applying process improvement or findings from data-mining into business context
• Must- have skills: Excel (proficient), PowerPoint (good knowledge) and Word (good knowledge).
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Capable to lead communication with country teams within region.
