Accountabilities

The position incumbent ensures, that

• Overall take all SAP FI/CO related user daily operation support on second level, ensure business operation running smoothly
• Monitor SAP FI/CO interfaces running status
• Responsible and accountable for regional SAP FICO processes
• Support Month-close process. Quick response and problem solving to ensure sales Flash report and BOFC submit on time
• Analyze tickets / problem, periodically organize the corresponding know-how knowledge training to system users
• Communication between regional and global IT after realizing changes / during roll outs and organizing the necessary test
• Research IT solution and document function specification independently
• Conduct SAP system configure and coordinate with SAP developer to finish development and unit test effectively.
• Actively follow up SAP bugs and change requests
• Plan and organize UAT
• Coordinate with other application consultant to handle FI/CO new requirements and provide SAP support
• Actively participate in project to provide basic FO/CO system advice and overall system integration test and user acceptance test

Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

• Over 4-5 years’ experience in SAP, 3 years in finance modules implementation and maintenance
• Strong business analysis experience to coordinate with business (Brand, Finance and controlling) and central SAP team
• Deep knowledge of finance accounting principle both for PRC and IFRS. Especially the experience to handle multiple legal entities
• Good problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Good understanding on business processes and SAP solutions in manufacturing industry & capability for process visualization
• Well know trend of SAP developing and other advanced systems being applied in manufacturing, especially in production and logistics areas
• Quick understanding of business needs
• Experience within automotive industry is a plus
• Fluent English communication
• Willing to travel in China, Asia and Europe
• Strong team player & willingness to grow in a highly professional team environment
• High degree of service orientation & problem solving skills
