Responsibilities:
Establish a regional procurement expertise, policies and processes in the company and strengthen controls for the company to satisfy any external requirements

Identify centralization opportunities, execute transformations with markets and suppliers and deliver cost saving

Responsible for non- merchandise purchases, including store supplies and service and providing procurement consultations and controls to other business functions

Responsible for regional cost saving opportunities

Learn and reapply best practices from and to markets

Provide periodic analysis and report of all store supplies and purchases across markets

Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Management, Finance/Accounting, or business-related field

Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) or the related fields is plus

At least 10 years' experience in procurement, buying or project management, and track records of exceptional results with strong negotiation skills

Experiences in retail/FMCG industry, and/or regional exposure preferable are plus

Experienced in internal controls/stewardship is preferable, and professional certification CIA is plus

Analytical mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills

Details-oriented, committed, and able to work under tight deadlines

Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin and Cantonese are plus
