Job Description

This candidate will focus on helping drive Intel's new engagements and growth with our Partner base in the Asia-Pacific Region, specifically in the Services and Solutions Integrator (SI) domain.

You will work very closely with our in-country partner account managers and our HQ partner segment managers, to translate and implement Intel's value proposition and business strategies for relevance to these partners, so as to influence the deployment of their solutions on Intel-based technologies and products.

Also, specific focus will also be placed on Intel's IOT and data-centric growth, which the candidate will provide APJ markets' insights to help design programs, to be able to consistently and effectively engage with these SIs.

Your background in working with SIs in different market segments and levels will be relevant in helping the team design and recommend benefits and enable reciprocal value exchanges with these partners, focusing on both select partner accounts as well as the extended partner base.

These engagements will be part of Intel Alliance Partner Program globally and the candidate will have multiple opportunities to interact and learn with peers across the world, to be able to explore new ideas and improvements to our framework and approaches in-region.


Key Responsibilities would include:

  • Build, expand programmatic coverage of SIs across the markets in APJ
  • Be the regional lead and expert in defining and implementation of program benefits to drive engagement with segments of these SIs partners
  • Support the in-country Partner Account Managers in key accounts engagement, to drive results for yearly business goals
  • Lead regional recruitment and bringing new partners onboard for program engagement
  • Support the development of toolkits, content, training for these engagements and the overall operations of the program
  • Lead SIs' participation and involvement in Intel-led partner events to market, promote and derive insights of their solutions on Intel
  • Key point-of-contact of SI partners for HQ program office - looking into business priorities and strategies, program engagement effectiveness, value propositions delivery, gathering market insights
  • Monitor and report metrics of partners' engagement across marketing activities, value exchange and events


Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor Degree, preferred 8+ years of relevant work experience in partner management or partner program marketing in high-technology companies
  • Has experience of how to drive B2B business development, especially in SI partner experience
  • Proven ability to influence and engage to get results and develop strong partnerships
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Be keen to measure, test, learn and iterate to arrive at improved results
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to details

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
