Job Description
Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for its Diagnostics business for West Central region. Internal Title: Area Sales Manager Business Title: Senior General Manager - Sales Location : Mumbai Area of responsibility: Regionally executes the sales strategy , policies and guidelines, in line with the overall India Diagnostics Business strategy . Develops and proposes regional sales budgets and periodical revenue forecasts as well as quantity forecasts (analyzers/ assays), manages achievement of regional budgets, forecasts and ensures regular sales reporting. Liaises with Marketing, Product Management, Service and Project Management teams in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning. Supports regional customers' business development, ensures achievement of targeted customer satisfaction scores. Defines and allocates resources regionally, ‘Go to Market’ strategy in alignment with the overall organization vision. Ensures adherence to applicable policies, procedures and guidelines. Qualification A seasoned people manager who embodies our value of ‘Learn passionately’ , supporting the sales talent in their continuous development by engaging in relevant coaching-style dialogues having around 10-15 years of relevant experience.
