职位描述

• This role will be in charge regional sales with full channel scope. Make sure operating plan is fully executed in respective region and seek growth risks and opportunities for the business.
• Identify and manage distributor
• Manage CVS and the other related key account
• Monitoring in store execution and seek support from MW-C sales team
• Deliver business goals and sales target
• Scouting , Identify and Manage distributor (customer service, order tracking, supply, inventory)
• Negotiate trade terms and JBP with CVS and other key account according to the budget
• Make sure on time and successful listing and launch in our target channel and customer
• Coordinate with regional field sales teams to support business
• Maintain good and regular commercial relationship with customer
• Business analysis and demand forecast planing
• Responsible for regional trade expense and consumer promotion expense management and opitimize
• Keep looking for new business opportunities

任职条件

• Be capable of Distributor and Key account management, at least 5 years experience
• Have experience in Frozen food category is a plus
• Good cross function communication skill
• Skillful in sales skill and business negotiation
• English speaking is a plus
