As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the sales strategy for Low Voltage Distribution products in this area. The ideal candidate is in Calgary, AB. What will you do? Responsible for managing both Sales and Quotation teams activities Achieving Regional sales targets and profitability goals by contributing with strategic information and recommendations to the marketing department Develop and implement regional strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term order intake; Identifying market trends and competitor activities; Perform monthly forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis. Develop long term employee strategy plan, assessing order growth based on market growth & market share, resources needed to cover the growth. Working closely with our Distributor partners, agents and key Electrical Contractors Analyze market product gaps, tools, sales analytics to drive financial impact on the business Identify and resolve more complex problems and apply problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations Travel the territory for face to face interaction with customers as required Liaison between customer and factory for customer escalation(s) What will you need to succeed? 8 – 10 years of successful sales experience in power distribution market, including at least 3-5 years of management experience Good knowledge of English both written and spoken Strong written and oral communication skills in order to successfully interact with external customers and staff within the organization Leadership and Customer Relationship Management skills Manage time and resources as well as work within a team environment is essential for success in this role Experience with quotation tools for distribution products Excellent organizational skills Negotiation skills Results driven About us.
